• Ethical Sourcing & Manufacturing: We partner directly with trusted global manufacturers who produce our custom raw felt and natural straw bases to our strict quality and durability standards.

• Hand-Finished in Our Studio: This is where raw materials become wearable art. Once the bases arrive at our studio, our design team takes over using hands-on artisan techniques:

  • Hand-burnt detailing & distressed aging

  • Custom needlework, brim embroidery, & hand-stitching

  • Artistic color spraying & hand-painted finishes
