We are committed to ensuring you have an exceptional shopping experience and find the perfect hat to complement your style.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

• All original tags must be attached.

• The item must be suitable for resale (no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or alterations).

• Items that show signs of use or damage due to customer handling are not eligible for a refund.

2. Issues Due to Our Responsibility

If the product arrives defective (manufacturing error), is damaged during shipping, or if you received the incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. In these cases:

• We will provide a full refund or a replacement.

• We will cover all return shipping costs.

• Please contact support@hatharvest.com immediately with photos of the issue.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For standard returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• No Restocking Fees: Hatharvest does not charge any additional restocking or handling fees for returned items.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Method: Refunds will be issued to your original PayPal payment account.

• Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

• Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the item's purchase price.

• Note: The original shipping fee paid at checkout (if applicable) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your hat for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• We will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

• You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to us in its original, unworn condition.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team Email us at support@hatharvest.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Address Our team will review your request and provide specific instructions. To ensure your refund is processed, items must be shipped to our designated operations center:

Step 3: Ship Your Return Securely package the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

7. Order Cancellations

• Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation by emailing us immediately.

• After Shipping: We cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If you no longer want the package, please wait for it to arrive and follow the standard return process.

• Important: Do not "Refuse Delivery." Undelivered packages may be destroyed by logistics providers, making them ineligible for a refund.
