1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $69.00 or more (calculated after discounts and before taxes).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $69.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Price Transparency: All product prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes and fees. You will not be charged any additional taxes during the checkout process.

2. Order Processing & Timeline

To provide you with clear expectations, please note our order processing schedules:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday – Friday. * Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT+8 will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Order Handling Time: 3 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

  • Transit Time: 10 to 20 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our facility to your doorstep.
